The Challenge
XD.AI worked with TAMM leadership to reimagine the Government experience by shifting from a service-based into a journey-led approach. To deliver the journeys, our multidisciplinary team led design thinking and rapid digitization approach with 120+ stakeholders from 20 entities.
To kick-start the transformation, we started with a core team embedded within our client’s team covering key leadership roles. In less than eight months, we scaled a multidisciplinary team of over 50 members that combines more than 100 years of experience in government transformation, user experience design and software engineering
XD.AI led a global consortium of digital transformation and user experience experts to deliver a complete revolution in business service experience for the Government of Abu Dhabi.
We provided a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and roadmap, encompassing a complete and integrated approach.
We then used an agile approach of releasing quick features and iterating before scaling up. We also employed design thinking to re-imagine and bring the flow to life from software level, service level to processes and policies level, as well as end-to-end CX transformation.
We were able to deliver four major milestones on the TAMM calendar in an eight months period. We integrated 48 license variations in just 3 weeks and we migrated all 83 DED licensing services to TAMM. We launched the first digital signature for Abu Dhabi government business services, eliminating three physical touchpoint. The digital signature availability reduced service process time from four days to just six minutes. We also consolidated over 150 Abu Dhabi Government Entity services, pushing all services to be included in on unified Government Service Platform.
