The Challenge

The Mohammed bin Rashid Smart Majlis required a robust digital platform to facilitate the submission and management of public ideas and suggestions. The challenge was to design a system that could efficiently filter and route thousands of user-submitted ideas to the appropriate government departments. Additionally, the platform needed to ensure accountability, provide automated reporting, and offer data visualization capabilities.
XD collaborated with The Executive Office to map out the system architecture and user journeys for the Smart Majlis dashboard. The workflow was meticulously crafted to ensure that all ideas were reviewed and escalated appropriately. The backend user interface was designed to support government officials in managing suggestions, including features for inbox management, user dashboards, and report generation with data visualizations.
