The Challenge
A comprehensive transformation of DEWA's digital ecosystem to enhance customer journeys and interfaces for businesses, partners, and customers.
DEWA sought to revolutionize its digital ecosystem by conducting an in-depth customer experience review. The goal was to redesign customer journeys, experiences, and interfaces for its website and mobile app, addressing usability gaps and aligning with best practices.
The project involved a detailed heuristic analysis and benchmarking process to identify usability gaps. Focus groups were conducted to understand user needs, leading to the design of improved customer journeys and interfaces.
Achievements
- Engaged 12+ participants in focus groups to gather insights on user behaviors and desires.
- Benchmarked over 50 websites and mobile apps to identify best practices.
- Conducted a heuristic study assessing 345 usability metrics across DEWA's digital platforms.
- Identified 100 gaps in the digital customer experience and provided UI solutions to address these issues.
- Designed the user experience & the UI design components for the revamped app.
