The Challenge
The Abu Dhabi Government, under the Ghadan 21 initiative, sought to streamline access to all government services and features through a single app and portal. The challenge was to envision, build, and maintain an omni-channel digital presence that would provide a seamless experience for visitors, residents, and citizens. This required addressing unique user experience and execution challenges to ensure a cohesive digital interaction across all government entities.
Abu Dhabi Digital Authority partnered with XD to create a unified digital government services platform, TAMM, for the Emirate.
The project involved the integration of cross-government digital channels to create a unified platform. This included the migration of services, consolidation of government entity offerings, and the implementation of a digital signature process to enhance service efficiency.
