A luxury hospitality and lifestyle group curates a portfolio of hotels, restaurants, clubs, and experiential venues across a growing market. Each property required its own branded digital presence — distinct in identity and consistent in quality. The group needed a single platform architecture that preserves brand individuality while scaling across an expanding portfolio without proportional development cost.

Our mandate

We were engaged to design and build the end-to-end digital platform — from research and wireframing through to a master website and modular design system. The work covered component-based UI design, style tokenisation, headless CMS architecture, and a templating engine that enables non-technical teams to launch fully configured microsites. The goal was to establish a scalable portal where every new property goes live with brand-consistent luxury quality in minimal time.
