The challenge

A regional business entity serves as the central economic hub for trade, investment, and enterprise development across a rapidly growing economy. Its digital platform had not kept pace with the institution's strategic direction—built on legacy infrastructure with limited editorial flexibility and no alignment to sustainability commitments. The entity required a modernised, bilingual platform that reflects its forward-looking agenda.

Our mandate

We were engaged to redesign the platform architecture and front-end delivery approach. The work covered performance optimisation, bilingual experience design, and modular content structures within the CMS. The goal was to establish a low-carbon, high-performance web platform that the entity's teams could manage independently.

What we delivered

Low-carbon web architecture

An optimised front-end approach focused on efficient assets and reduced data transfer

Modular component system

A reusable component library enabling flexible page composition within the CMS

Bilingual experience design

Bilingual interfaces designed with equal structural weight and performance parity

Content and SEO architecture

A restructured information model with embedded SEO logic to improve discoverability at scale
