A global trade entity supports international business engagement and trade programmes. Businesses could participate in activities, but digital tools did not help them find relevant counterparts or maintain visibility into ongoing relationships. The entity also lacked a clear way to understand how engagement translated into trade outcomes.

Our mandate

We were engaged to design and build the end-to-end digital platform supporting business matching and trade engagement. The work covered onboarding, profile management, intelligent matching, programme participation, and data capture. The goal was to establish a governed platform that structures how businesses connect and how trade activity is measured.
