The challenge

A public-sector entity manages social contribution through multiple verticals and pillars. Each pillar operated its own platform and communication approach, creating fragmented participation and fragmented messaging. The entity needed one platform that unifies entry points and participation models while preserving distinct pillar logic under public-sector governance.

Our mandate

We were engaged to redesign and deliver a unified digital platform across all contribution verticals and pillars. The work covered service structure, user flows, interface design, platform development, and communication alignment. The goal was to establish a single system that brings all contribution efforts into one platform and one voice, while supporting different participation models under public-sector governance.

What we delivered

Unified service structure

A single information and service model that consolidates all pillars under one navigable framework

Cross-pillar experience design

Consistent entry points and participation flows that still preserve pillar-specific logic

Platform design system

A cohesive UI and component library supporting multi-audience access and bilingual requirements

Governance and rollout validation

End-to-end testing and quality checks to ensure accessibility, performance, and institutional standards
